We sat down with educators living through today's complex educational landscape to listen to their daily realities. What we found was clear: S.T.E.M. education isn't failing due to a lack of heart or student potential; it suffers when rigid systems lose touch with the human spirits inside the classroom.

To capture the depth, reflection, and lived wisdom of the educators we interviewed, we organized our findings through the archetype of oracle cards.
